Why is fire extinguisher training important?
According to OSHA (Regulation: 29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1)-(2))
If your workspace provides portable fire extinguishers for employee use, you are required to provide training on their proper use and the hazards of fighting small fires. This training must be given when employees are first hired and at least once every year after that. Failing to provide this training can expose your business to penalties, increase liability and leave your employees unprepared in an emergency.
How Omni Fire Solutions Helps
We make OSHA compliance simple. Our on-site fire extinguisher training ensures that every employee is confident, your business stays compliant, and your team receives official Certificates of Completion for your records.
